Tour Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival at Bagdogra Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Rly St (NJP). Transfer To Gangtok.

  • On arrival at Bagdogra (IXB) Airport/ New Jalpaiguri (NJP), get greeted by our representative.
  • From here, you will board our vehicle for Gangtok.
  • En route, you will take a short stopover at the Triveni View Point, which is a confluence of Teesta and Rangeet rivers.
  • Enjoy your scenic drive to Gangtok through the meandering roads, along the Teesta River.
  • Reach Gangtok, and Check-into your hotel for an overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 2 - Explore Around Gangtok. Tsomgo Lake | Baba Mandir | Nathula Pass(Optional).

  • After breakfast, we will proceed for a full-day excursion around Gangtok.
  • We will start by visiting the glacial Tsomgo Lake also known as Changu Lake, known for its scenic beauty and changing colors.
  • Further, we drive towards the Baba Mandir, dedicated to Baba Harbhajan Singh who was a soldier of the Indian Army.
  • Next, you will hire a taxi to visit Nathula Pass, which is an Indo-China border post (subject to availability and additional cost as applicable).
  • Return back to Gangtok for an overnight stay.

Day 3 - Gangtok to Pelling. Transfer via Ravangla OR Namchi.

  • Have your breakfast at the hotel and board your transfer to Pelling. On the way to Pelling, we will take a short stopover at Ravangla OR Namchi.
  • In Ravangla, we will visit Buddha Park which houses 130 ft. High Shakyamuni Buddha Statue and is surrounded by well-manicured gardens backed by scenic Himalayan ranges.
  • If we take the Namchi Route, we will visit the Namchi Chardham Complex which has a 108 ft. High Statue of Lord Shiva encircled by the replicas of Chardham.
  • Further, head toward Pelling through the scenic roads offering beautiful views of the Kanchenjunga Ranges throughout your journey. Reach Pelling and check-in to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 - Local Sightseeing in Pelling.

  • Have your breakfast at the hotel and head out to explore Pelling.
  • We will begin our Pelling Local Sightseeing by first visiting the Khecheopalri Lake which is also known as the wish-fulfilling lake.
  • Later, we will take you to the scenic Rimbi Waterfalls, followed by a serene stroll at the Rimbi Orange Garden which is full of Orange trees, Candammon plants and other flowering plants.
  • Next, we will visit the Darap Village near Pelling to seek peace and get closer to nature.
  • You will then visit India’s Highest Skywalk, which is located in Pelling and houses the tallest 137-foot Chenrezig statue.
  • Later, we will head to explore the Rabdentse Ruins to get an insight into the glorious past of Sikkim.
  • We will conclude our day’s sightseeing by seeking the blessing of the local deities at the Pemayangtse Monastery.
  • Return back to the hotel in Pelling for an overnight stay.

  • Have your breakfast at the hotel in Gangtok and get ready for the day.
  • Today, we will transfer you to Darjeeling, one of the most beautiful hill stations in the Himalayas.
  • Travel through the curvy mountain roads with views of the mighty Himalayas in the background.
  • As you enter Darjeeling, the roads will be lined with aromatic Tea Plantations.
  • Reach your hotel in Darjeeling and check-in for an overnight stay.

Day 6 - Darjeeling Sightseeing Day

  • We will take you to the top of Tiger Hill to watch an amazing sunrise on Mt. Kanchenjunga and its adjoining peaks which changes colors as painted by the morning sun rays at 4 AM
  • Next, you will return back to the hotel and have your breakfast.
  • Later, we will take you for the famous toy train ride of Darjeeling.
  • This 2-hrs train ride will start from Darjeeling, take a 25 mins stop at Ghum Station and then return back to Darjeeling via Batasia Loop(10 mins stop where you can admire 360-degree panoramic view of the Darjeeling hill station lined with Himalayan peaks.).
  • We will then take you to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday).
  • Next, you will visit the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park.

Day 7 - Departure. Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport/ NJP Station.

  • Wake up to a beautiful morning in Darjeeling and have your breakfast at the hotel.
  • Later, board your transfer to Bagdogra Airport(IXB)/ New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP).
  • Your tour concludes once you are dropped off at the airport/ railway station for your onward journey.
  • Board your train/flight back home with fantastic trip memories.

What are the documents that are required for this trip?

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

The idea is to feel young at heart ! As long as you feel the same, hop along. Generally, the agent band for group departures remains 18 years and above. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Is this trip safe for female travellers?

We're always glad to have a lot of female travellers with us on board! Team captains/leader accompanying you are very well trained and assure the safety of all the fellow travellers be it male or female. Moreover, we always have a local support in case of an emergency at the destination or during travelling.

What seats would be provided to us on transportation?

Alright here's a little warm-up game for you before the trip ! Whosoever reaches first to the pickup point gets to choose their favourite seat ! So, in short, there's no specific seat allotment. Travelers can occupy the seats on first come, first serve basis.

How about the meals that are not included in the trip?

The meals that are not included are usually those where the group is on the move. Hence this is upto you whether you want to heave a meal or not. You are free to explore food joints and try various food items at your own expense.

Can I bring my pet along with me?

While we do know how much you love your pets, we can't say the same about other travellers. So pets are NOT allowed on the trip. But don't worry, we can surely make some furry friends at our destinations.

What if I need to cancel my tour? Is the booking amount refundable?

We have a cancellation policy on our website kindly go through it. There is a certain amount we may or may not deduct which depends on the date of your cancellation.

Will there be good Wi-Fi?

Yes, there are many places to stay with Wi-Fi, including homestays and internet service providers. There’s usually no access on remote homestays /places and lodge-style accommodation. 

What is the difference between double, triple and quad occupancy ?

Double Occupancy: You will be sharing your room/camp with one more traveller Triple Occupancy : You will be sharing your room/camp with two more travellers, total 3 travellers in one room/camp. Quad Occupancy : You will be sharing your room/camp with three more travellers, total 4 travellers in one room/camp.
