Bookings are non-transferable. Only the individuals listed at the time of confirmation will be allowed to travel.

Passport Validity for International Travel

For international travel, passports must be valid for at least six (6) months from the intended travel date and must not be damaged. The Viral Trip is not responsible for clients who book travel with passports that do not meet this requirement. Clients are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid. Any denial of entry at immigration and any additional costs for alternate arrangements will be borne by the travelers.

No refunds will be provided for any inclusions not availed by the client.

Luggage and Belongings

Travelers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. The management will not be held accountable for any damage or missing items during the tour.

Departure Timeliness

The departure time is fixed and will be strictly adhered to. Travelers must update their status with the trip coordinators and report at the pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. The air conditioning will be switched off in the hills, and the driver may turn off the AC as needed for safety and comfort on uneven and dangerous routes. Anyone missing the bus will not be eligible for any refunds. We will call you twice before the scheduled departure.

Health and Safety

Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the tour due to health and safety concerns. Our tours involve physically demanding activities such as trekking and camping at high altitudes. We recommend that you be in good physical condition to make the most of these activities.
